Job Summary

Over‑the‑Road (OTR) Class A CDL Truck Driver positions open for steady freight, regional and flatbed routes across the United States. Responsibilities include operating Class A tractor‑trailers, performing inspections, maintaining logs, securing cargo, and communicating with dispatch.

• Operate a Class A commercial tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs, mileage records, and delivery documentation.
• Follow Hours of Service requirements and safety standards.
• Secure cargo to prevent damage or loss during transit.
• Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding route status, delays, and delivery updates.
• Report accidents, traffic incidents, or mechanical issues promptly.
• Complete pickups and deliveries safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Adhere to company and DOT safety policies, including use of ELDs and safety devices.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 21 years of age or older (23 for some positions).
• Minimum 6 months of OTR tractor‑trailer experience within the last 3‑5 years (4+ months for certain routes).
• Good Motor Vehicle Record (reviewed case by case, no serious violations in the past 3–10 years).
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years or while holding a CDL.
• Clean drug test and background check.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, Hours of Service, and related equipment (ELD, safety devices).
• Physical ability to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform (for flatbed positions).

• Competitive pay ranging from $60,000 to $95,000+ annually based on experience, mileage, and route type.
• Pay structures include cents per mile (CPM), percentage of load, guaranteed weekly pay, and bonus programs.

• Guaranteed 1 day off for every week out; home‑time options such as every other weekend.
