Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run a dedicated cryogenic account. The pay structure includes a daily salary, great home time, and excellent benefits. Training is provided for those without cryogenic experience.

You do not need cryogenic experience, but you must have tanker and hazmat endorsements at the time of application to qualify.

• First year pay ranges from $85‑106 K, starting at $300.30/Day. Pay increases by $3/Day every six months, capped at $324/Day. Training new hires in cryogenics earns an additional $100/Day.
• Shadow training: you run your truck while the trainer runs theirs. The trainer is paid $125/Day and receives a $1,000 bonus at the end of training. All drivers are assigned a 579 PETE with automatic transmission; no slip‑seating.
• Full benefits start after 60 days, including one week vacation in the first 52 weeks, comprehensive medical coverage, and a 401(k) with matching.
• Drivers run dedicated regional or local accounts and must be willing to operate in all 48 states; opting out of any region is not allowed.
• During a 7‑day break, the company covers round‑trip flight to and from home. If you live within 200 miles, you may drive home. Drivers are out 21 days and home a maximum of 7 days per stay, unless using vacation time.
• If you are not willing to fly, you will not be considered.

• At least one year of OTR or Regional driving in the last three years.
• Must hold a Class A CDL with tanker and cryogenic endorsements at application.
• Relatively clean MVR record.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.
• Felonies of any kind disqualify you from hire.
• Failure to pass or mandatory refusal of a DOT drug test (regardless of SAP completion) disqualifies you.
