Distribution Support

Distribution Support facilitates the receiving and shipping process in the warehouse and is responsible for completing orders, from preparation to shipment.

• Loads and unloads delivery vehicles
• Picks orders quickly and accurately using a scan gun
• Packs orders properly for shipping across multiple states
• Receives, inspects, and checks accuracy of all inbound purchase orders and transfers
• Maintains accurate inventory levels
• Operates forklifts, stock pickers, and delivery trucks
• Assists in the processing of orders, verifies order accuracy and prints packing slips
• Creates bills of lading and arranges freight pick up
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Visual Acuity
  - Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard
• Lifting/Pushing/Carrying – Not required to lift more than 75 lbs. at a time with frequent lifting, pushing, or carrying of up to 75 lbs.
