Scheduling Coordinator - Temporary

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Scheduling Coordinator is a temporary position supporting rental operations by ensuring our tenants will have a smooth move-in process into our new building. This role includes scheduling move-in slots and elevator use; being on site to ensure efficient moving process; maintaining a secure and safe area for moving activities; inspecting common areas for damage before and after moving;

communicating with future tenants via email and our tenant portal; addressing tenant concerns in a timely and professional manner; and coordinating activities with the site manager, leasing agent, and maintenance team. The Scheduling Coordinator will look to establish great relationships with tenants and enhance our reputation for care, creativity, and working smart as tenants move into their new home.

Hourly Pay Range: $20.00-$25.00/hr

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday

Term: March 2026 to May 2026 (2-months)

• Excellent and empathetic communication.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Effectively able to manage multiple tasks, building and following schedules.
• Presence to direct and coordinate activities safely.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Collaboration within and across teams.

• Assisting new tenants to follow a tight schedule for moving, including elevator slotsli>
• Completing common area inspections for damage
• Conflict management, demonstrating care for our tenants and employees
• Reporting to site manager on progress related to objectives
• Incident report submission, if needed

• Experience in customer service, dispatching, scheduling or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with Microsoft Booking or Calendly is an asset.
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle required.
