Description

Responsibilities
Process marketing requests using MNP software and systems, triage tasks to appropriate teams for execution and monitor workflow and status to ensure on time deliveryProvide senior level administrative support to Partners, Sr. Managers, Managers and client service teamsProactive billing and collection support when needed using various MNP systemsCoordinate meetings, conference calls, events, etc with vendors, Partners, and clients and ensure materials are organizedMaintain vendor relationships with all external suppliers and freelancersAct as liaison between the Marketing and Translation teams to support translation requestsConduct on-going reporting of workload metrics and analyticsDevelop an understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and industryBuild strong, solutions-oriented relationships with our Regional and National Marketing teams as well as Administrative teamContribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes and support process improvements in both the Marketing and Administrative functions of the roleWork on special projects and act as a general Administrative and Marketing support to the region with various other duties as requiredSkills and Experience
Post-secondary education in Marketing or general Business studies2+ years of administration or project coordination experienceProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
