Position: Fraser Health Program Administrator - Indigenous Focus
Contribute to Indigenous Health programs at Fraser Health as a Program Administrator. This position focuses on coordination, administrative support, and program evaluation within a dynamic health setting.

The Program Administrator will support the Indigenous Health team by organizing onboarding processes for new employees and managing program resources. You will evaluate and improve administrative practices while collaborating with internal and external health partners. Strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze data critically are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support coordination of Indigenous Health projects and initiatives

• Communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders

• Assist in evaluation initiatives for program effectiveness

• Keep detailed and secure records of sensitive data

• Identify and implement improvements in existing processes

Requirements:

• Graduation from an administration or related diploma program

• Three years of relevant experience in health care settings

• Ability to use advanced tools in MS Office and databases

• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
