Location: Hope
Fraser Health is seeking an Administrative Support Clerk to enhance our operational efficiency. This role focuses on client service, document processing, and general office support.
In this position, you'll engage with clients while performing a variety of clerical duties. Your organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining orderly files, scheduling appointments, and communicating effectively across the team. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent reception and information services
• Process client intakes and manage appointment scheduling
• Create and maintain administrative files and documentation
• Issue and manage mail, reports, and internal documents
• Assist with the organization of meetings and events
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 with Office Administration training
• At least one year of clerical experience
• Typing proficiency of 40 words per minute
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid BC Driver’s License preferred
