Bookkeeper / Accounts Receivable & Admin | Full-Time | Chilliwack, BC
We're hiring on behalf of a growing client based in Chilliwack, BC. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic role combining bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and administrative duties.
The role- Day-to-day bookkeeping including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance
- Accounts receivable — invoicing, collections follow-up, and payment tracking
- General administrative support — correspondence, filing, scheduling, and data entry
- Liaising with internal team members and external stakeholders as needed
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping or AR experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (Quick Books or similar)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling both financial and administrative tasks
- Located in Chilliwack or within reasonable commuting distance (Abbotsford and surrounding areas welcome)
