Location: Agassiz
Support office operations in Agassiz, BC as an Office Administrative Assistant. This part time role focuses on appointment scheduling, phone communication, and inventory management.
This permanent position requires on-site work and offers duties such as confirming appointments, answering and relaying calls, and bookkeeping. Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada as a permanent resident or a temporary resident with a valid work permit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and confirm appointments for team members
• Answer and relay telephone calls and messages
• Order and manage office supply inventory
• Maintain manual and computerized filing systems
• Perform basic bookkeeping and financial record tasks
Requirements:
• Must have permanent or temporary residency in Canada
