We are seeking a committed casual Administrative Assistant with at least one year of experience. In this role, you will handle reception duties, data entry, and document preparation. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage your workload independently will be crucial in serving our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients and assess their needs
• Answer multi-line switchboard and transfer calls
• Provide word processing and typing support
• Draft and distribute meeting minutes
• Schedule client appointments and manage incoming mail
Requirements:
• Completed secondary school and secretarial training
• Minimum one year of relevant experience
• Completed De-escalation and Standard First Aid training
• Excellent typing speed and MS Office proficiency
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
Leverage your administrative skills in a supportive capacity to enhance client experiences and streamline operations.
