Position: Executive Assistant to President, Let’s Talk Science
Shape education initiatives as the Executive Assistant to the President at Let’s Talk Science. Support governance and strategy while enhancing youth education programs across Canada.

In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level administrative and governance support to the President. With a minimum of five years in executive administrative roles, you will manage Board materials, facilitate board dynamics, and ensure effective decision-making. Your contributions will empower Let’s Talk Science to advance its mission of preparing youth for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the President to advance the organization’s mission

• Manage Board agendas, materials, and action items

• Anticipate needs and advance priorities for cross-organizational projects

• Support effective decision-making within governance structures

• Represent Let’s Talk Science values in all interactions

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in executive-level support roles

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and board portals

• Experience with governance processes and boards

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
