Join Xyólheméylh as a dedicated Administrative Clerk in Chilliwack, BC. Support Indigenous children and families with clerical duties while promoting cultural values in a holistic environment.
This full-time position requires your organizational skills and attention to detail in various administrative tasks. You'll maintain filing systems, assist staff and clients, and handle front desk duties. Ideal for those interested in supporting Indigenous services while utilizing Microsoft Office proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update client files and general filing systems
• Perform routine administrative data entry and typing
• Assist with front desk operations and client inquiries
• Order and manage office supplies and equipment
• Facilitate travel arrangements and bookings for staff
Requirements:
• Grade 12 graduation;
Office Administration courses are an asset
• Minimum one-year office clerical experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs and data management
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to obtain a valid BC driver’s license and First Aid Certification
