Join Sasquatch Mountain Resort's Patrol team as a Dispatcher, ensuring guest and staff safety through efficient communication. This full-time position includes working weekends and holidays while handling emergency situations calmly.

As part of the Patrol for the 2026/27 season, you'll play a significant role in on-mountain safety and coordination. Your responsibilities will involve logging communications, overseeing incident documentation, and assisting with various administrative functions. Strong multitasking abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record all radio communications on the mountain

• Assist in completing and filing accident reports

• Implement emergency safety procedures as necessary

• Provide administrative support to the Patrol team

• Manage and keep the medical clinic well-stocked and organized

Requirements:

• Previous dispatch experience is beneficial

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in multitasking in fast-paced settings

• Availability for weekends and holidays

• Willingness to assist across departments as needed
