Commissions Analyst

Position: Commissions Analyst Opportunity at Apryse
Enhance your skills as a Commissions Analyst with Apryse, where you will leverage your analytics background to manage commission processes effectively in a collaborative environment.

In this role, you will be integral to the Revenue Operations team at Apryse, performing calculations for commissions and shaping commission plans across the Sales organization. You will manage updates to commission software and produce regular performance reports to guide strategic decisions. Your keen analytical abilities will help identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute monthly and quarterly commission processing and analysis

• Manage enhancements to commission software used by the team

• Deliver weekly and monthly reports on sales rep performance

• Design commission plans for new commissionable employees

• Investigate business operations for optimization potential

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Sales Operations experience in SaaS preferred

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution desirable

• Proven experience with Xactly or similar applications

• Strong organization, prioritization, and time management are vital

• Excellent verbal communication and analytical capabilities
