As a Financial Advisor, you will manage member accounts, process various transactions, and promote a full suite of Tru Cooperative products. Achieving branch sales targets while providing remarkable service is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with members

• Process a range of member financial transactions

• Promote bank products and assist in cross-selling opportunities

• Complete loan applications and administrative support

• Align with branch goals through proactive member service

Requirements:

• College diploma in finance or a related field

• Minimum 2 years as a Member Advisor or equivalent

• Mutual Funds License required

• Knowledge of banking software and Microsoft Office

• Successful completion of the internal certification program
