• Organize meetings for Advisors with clients effectively

• Handle inquiries related to account transactions

• Help onboard new clients with professionalism

• Monitor documentation compliance and updates

Requirements:

• Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam or CFA I is preferred

• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

• High level of time-management skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities

• Knowledge of RBC’s systems is beneficial
