Our client is a well‑established and growing organization seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to oversee financial operations and support strategic business decisions. Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: $110K to $125K annually
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Overseeing all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including intercompany transactions.
Preparing accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business objectives.
Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
Establishing and maintaining strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision‑making.
Managing relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial partners.
Utilizing accounting systems and tools (e.g., Sage, Power BI, or similar) to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred.
Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Corporate Controller, or in a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles.
Proficiency with accounting software and financial systems.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing accounting or finance teams.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
