With 2 to 4 years of experience in the banking sector, you will process Registered Retirement Plans and handle withdrawal requests. Your strong compliance background and proficiency in Salesforce will be vital for managing internal partner requests. Attention to detail is essential as you ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and SLAs across all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Registered Retirement Plans per CRA guidelines
• Process withdrawal requests with accurate compliance
• Maintain SLAs while ensuring high work accuracy
• Respond to partner requests efficiently through Salesforce
• Collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in banking or financial services
• Strong experience in compliance activities
• Exposure to back-office operations and RRSP processes
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Salesforce experience preferred
