With 2 to 4 years of experience in banking, you'll focus on Registered Retirement Plans and withdrawal requests. You'll ensure timely processing while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and responding to partner inquiries through Salesforce. Your contributions will directly enhance operational efficiency within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Registered Retirement Plans according to CRA guidelines
• Process withdrawal requests ensuring compliance accuracy
• Maintain SLAs while achieving high accuracy in operations
• Respond efficiently to partner requests via Salesforce
• Collaborate to resolve discrepancies in transactions
Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years of experience in banking or financial services
• Strong background in compliance activities
• Knowledge of back-office operations and RRSP processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Salesforce experience is preferred
