• Maintain a remarkable member experience throughout branch operations

• 2 years of experience as a Member Advisor or similar
• Diploma from a College or Technical School in a related field
• Licensed for Mutual Funds; PFP certification is a plus
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in banking software and Microsoft Office
