• Initiate collection calls and correspondence for overdue accounts

• Review and conduct thorough credit investigations

• Oversee customer A/R accounts, resolving discrepancies

• Set up new accounts based on approved credit applications

• Maintain accurate records of all collection communications

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant credit & collections experience

• Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities

• Proficient in Excel and ERP software

• Familiarity with credit reporting agencies

• Relevant education preferred in Finance or Accounting
