Ruth & Naomi's Mission is looking for a collaborative finance leader to join our Executive Leadership Team. You will play a critical role in guiding financial policy and operational frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience in nonprofit finance and demonstrate skills in budgeting, reporting, and team leadership to drive our mission's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Executive Director on long-term planning

• Lead and manage Finance and Operations teams

• Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes

• Strengthen financial systems for strategic decision-making

• Oversee compliance, audits, and risk management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in senior finance leadership

• Expertise in financial reporting and planning

• Relevant financial designation like CPA or MBA preferred

• Ability to translate finance into actionable insights

• Experience with nonprofit organizations
