Position: Finance and Operations Director Role
Elevate your finance career as the Director of Finance & Corporate Services at Ruth & Naomi's Mission in Chilliwack, BC. Lead financial operations and strategic planning in a faith-based nonprofit.

This full-time position, offering $145,000 to $160,000 annually based on experience, is integral to our Executive Leadership Team. You will provide financial oversight, shape organizational strategies, and foster strong relationships with internal and external partners. Your leadership will help advance our mission with tangible community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Executive Director on strategy

• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting and reporting

• Develop systems to inform organizational decisions

• Manage audits and compliance matters

• Strengthen financial processes for growth

Requirements:

• Significant senior leadership experience in finance

• Demonstrated budgeting and financial forecasting skills

• Certification such as CPA or MBA is ideal

• Proficient in coaching and team development

• Strong ability to communicate complex financial data
