Reporting to the Spa Manager, the Spa Attendant plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for every guest at our Thermal Spa. In this cleaning‑oriented role, you will help maintain a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment for guests by preparing spa pods, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

This is a casual, on‑call position with no guaranteed hours, best suited for someone looking for flexible, occasional work.

Hourly Wage Range: $19.00–$24.00/hr.

• Strong attention to detail, maintaining high standards for cleanliness, organization, and service to ensure a seamless and relaxing experience for guests.
• Ability to work independently and ensure a smooth operation and deliver consistent and high‑quality service.
• Clear and empathetic communicator, creating a welcoming atmosphere through effective interaction with guests.
• Skilled problem solver, resolving issues efficiently and effectively to maintain uninterrupted operations.

• Perform daily opening and closing procedures for spa pods.
• Monitor all systems during spa sessions, adjusting as needed to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑organized spa environment, ensuring each pod is sanitized, restocked with amenities, and guest‑ready.
• Ensure a seamless departure process and check‑in process for all guests.
• Work efficiently without compromising quality.
• Fold laundry and clean dishes in designated areas to prepare pods for upcoming guests.
• Stock supplies and maintain accurate inventory records to support daily operations.
• Report and communicate any incidents involving staff or guests that require attention in a timely manner.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues to ensure a well‑functioning facility.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or cleaning roles.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work independently.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
