Key Responsibilities:

• Manage opening and closing procedures for spa facilities

• Adjust systems to enhance guest experiences

• Sanitize and prepare pods for incoming guests

• Facilitate smooth guest services for check-ins and departures

• Communicate and report facility maintenance needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hospitality or cleaning experience

• Capacity to lift items up to 25 lbs

• Availability for evening and weekend shifts

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
