In this position, you'll oversee all mountain operations, reporting to the General Manager at Sasquatch Mountain Resort. Focus on leadership, departmental support, and financial management will help ensure smooth operations year-round. Your experience will shape the resort’s performance and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage outside and mountain operations for all seasons

• Guide department managers in hiring and onboarding

• Conduct performance reviews and enhance team efficiency

• Maintain compliance with lift operations and safety standards

• Track expenses and promote clear department communication

Requirements:

• Supervisory experience in the ski or recreation field

• Strong leadership and conflict management skills

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities

• Valid BC Driver’s License and mechanical knowledge

• Skillful skier or snowboarder at an advanced level
