This full-time role entails supporting the Patrol Director in managing the Mountain Safety team. You'll leverage your leadership skills and certifications to mentor patrollers and oversee emergency responses. This position offers a unique blend of teamwork and adventure in British Columbia's great outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily patrol operations

• Mentor team members in safety and skill advancement

• Manage daily assignments to ensure coverage

• Direct emergency practices and dispatch communications

• Operate snowmobiles and maintain slope safety

Requirements:

• Advanced first aid certification (OFA Level 3 preferred)

• Two seasons of patrol experience; leadership experience preferred

• Strong physical fitness and comfort in alpine environments

• Skilled communicator with conflict resolution abilities

• Readiness to work weekend and holiday shifts
