Gerry Enns Contracting is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with a background in commercial and residential projects. You'll manage site logistics, conduct meetings, and work alongside dedicated teams to deliver exceptional client service. Your leadership will be essential in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document daily activities and site progress

• Facilitate weekly meetings for schedule updates

• Implement safety protocols through Toolbox Talks

• Oversee project handovers and client communications

• Supervise all field personnel and subcontractors

Requirements:

• At least 5 years as a Superintendent

• Strong organizational skills and tech-savviness

• Clean driver's license is mandatory

• Familiarity with Worksafe BC safety practices

• Current First Aid certification is advantageous
