Starting November 30th, this full-time position requires an experienced leader to manage more than 30 seasonal staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Lift Operator Leads and daily operations

• Conduct thorough quality checks on lift systems

• Promptly report any lift-related issues or hazards

• Organize training and administration for lift staff

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational policies

Requirements:

• Proven ability to lead and retain high-performing teams

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• A Class 5 driver's license is essential

• Previous lift operations and snowmobiling experience is advantageous
