Position: Gibraltar Construction Senior Project Manager Role
Step into a challenging role as a Senior Project Manager at Gibraltar Construction. Lead multiple tenant improvement projects in the diverse commercial sectors of BC and the Lower Mainland.

This role requires at least 10 years of General Contractor experience in commercial construction. You will drive planning and execution across medical, retail, and financial projects while managing vital relationships with clients and site managers. The ideal candidate should excel in maintaining organization and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee TI projects from start to finish

• Coordinate with dedicated Site Managers on project sites

• Drive budget management and cost control

• Build and maintain key client relationships

• Ensure multiple projects are effectively managed

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in commercial construction project management

• Proven TI experience across various project types

• Strong organizational skills and accountability

• Budget, margin, and risk management expertise

• Independent, proactive work ethic is essential
