Position: Chilliwack Program Supervisor Wanted
Enhance community engagement as a Full Time Program Supervisor in Chilliwack, BC. This role entails supervision of staff and ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment for all residents.

As a Program Supervisor, your key responsibility will be to manage daily operations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Your experience will support the training and evaluation of staff while providing necessary direction. This impactful position requires a strong commitment to community service and the ability to foster a positive atmosphere for both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee medication administration processes

• Conduct staff training and orientation programs

• Promote effective client interaction and social skills

• Ensure maintenance of a therapeutic living space

• Report residents' behaviors to management

Requirements:

• Community Social Service diploma required

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

• Completed criminal record check essential

• First aid training with CPR certification required
