Manage transportation and custodial operations at a school district as the Manager of Operations. Focus on enhancing safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

The Manager of Operations oversees both custodial and transportation departments, supervising staff, facilitating training, and addressing operational challenges. You will ensure compliance with policies, conduct safety checks, and manage community usage of school facilities. Additionally, you will contribute to budget preparations and assist in the hiring process for effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness and safety of school facilities

• Supervise staff operations and conduct training

• Plan and manage community use of school facilities

• Monitor budgets and assist with expenditure tracking

• Conduct regular safety checks and equipment inspections

Requirements:

• High school diploma (Grade 12) required

• 2+ years of management experience in relevant fields

• B.C. Class 5 Driver's License essential

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Must pass a criminal record check
