Supporting the Patrol Director, you will oversee the Mountain Safety team by coordinating daily tasks, mentoring staff, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. This full-time role requires experience in patrol, a strong focus on teamwork, and advanced first aid certifications, so you can effectively manage emergencies and foster a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Patrol Director in managing daily team operations

• Ensure patrollers are trained and prepared for various situations

• Coordinate emergency procedures with dispatch and other teams

• Conduct slope safety checks and monitor conditions

• Maintain professionalism and lead by example for guests and staff

Requirements:

• OFA Level 3 or equivalent first aid certification required

• Minimum of 2 seasons in a patrol role with leadership experience

• Proficiency in skiing/snowboarding across all conditions

• Experience with snowmobiles and toboggans preferred

• Strong decision-making ability under pressure
