As a Records Team Lead, you will supervise operations within the Records Management program, ensuring efficient organization and security of records. With at least five years of relevant experience, including administering projects, you'll develop specifications and support staff in using technology for achieving program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Records Management team and daily operations

• Prepare reports and presentations for management

• Develop records management system specifications

• Lead and assign daily work activities to staff

• Assist in documentation and policy updates

Requirements:

• Certification in Records/Information Management

• Minimum five years of record management experience

• Extensive knowledge of records management principles

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Understanding of Indigenous cultures and practices
