The COO will work closely with the CEO and lead operational strategies for programs geared towards vulnerable populations. Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance program development and operational efficiencies

• Cultivate partnerships with local organizations

• Supervise team members and manage budgets

• Advocate for trauma-informed service approaches

• Conduct community engagements to align services

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• 5-7 years in social services leadership

• Familiarity with mental health and homelessness issues

• Effective communication and leadership skills

• Must have a valid BC driver’s license and pass a background check
