Position: Experienced Car Wash Manager Wanted
Join our car wash team as a Car Wash Manager, focusing on operational excellence. This full-time position compensates at $37.60 per hour, with required in-person work.

Candidates should possess 2-3 years of management experience and a high school graduation certificate. As a manager, you’ll direct daily operations, hire and train staff, and handle customer complaints with professionalism. Your leadership will drive both team performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control and direct daily operations of the car wash

• Evaluate and enhance operational processes

• Develop and implement staff policies and procedures

• Manage budget, inventory, and advertising strategies

• Supervise a team of 5-10 personnel effectively

Requirements:

• High school completion is mandatory

• Management experience ranging from 2 to 3 years

• Strong client-service orientation with flexibility

• Reliable and organized approach to tasks

• Permanent or temporary Canadian work authorization is required
