Position: Floor Manager at Nature's Fare Markets
Lead daily operations as the Floor Manager at Nature's Fare Markets in Chilliwack. Focus on coaching, customer service, and operational execution across all departments.

We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join our new Chilliwack store. This role acts as a bridge between Department Managers and Assistant Store Manager, supporting store-wide leadership. You’ll oversee daily operations, maintain high standards, and tackle customer concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop Team Leaders and Members

• Oversee sales floor operations across all departments

• Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally

• Monitor execution of promotions and merchandising standards

• Support onboarding and training for new employees

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of management experience in retail

• At least 1 year as a Department Manager preferred

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent operational execution and merchandising skills

• Flexible scheduling availability for various shifts
