Key responsibilities include mentoring staff, maintaining safety protocols, and achieving 5-Star service levels. Your leadership will directly influence branch performance and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate financial activities and budget preparation

• Actively support safety initiatives company-wide

• Update leaders on branch results and operational insights

• Oversee auctions and manage refurbishing operations

• Foster a positive workplace culture and communication

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of operational management experience

• Excellent leadership and coaching capabilities

• General mechanical knowledge of trucks and equipment

• Ability to work year-round, both indoors and outdoors

• Flexibility to travel approximately 10% of the time
