Strategic Finance Director

This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $145,000 – $160,000 per year based on experience. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, you'll be key in developing organizational strategy and overseeing financial management. Your leadership will directly impact our mission and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership in shaping long-term planning

• Guide budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight

• Develop effective financial reporting systems

• Ensure compliance and oversee organizational audits

• Build relationships across leadership, boards, and partners

Requirements:

• Proven senior leadership in finance or corporate services

• Strong experience in budgeting and financial reporting

• CPA, MBA, or equivalent experience expected

• Strong coaching and team-building ability

• Communication proficiency for impactful financial insights
