Position: Chilliwack Pastor of Life Groups Ministry
Work alongside the pastoral team at Main Street Church in Chilliwack, BC, as the Pastor of Life Groups Ministry. This full-time role emphasizes discipleship in authentic community.

You'll lead the adult discipleship effort at Main Street Church by developing and nurturing Life Groups. Your responsibilities encompass coaching leaders, creating engaging discussion resources, and facilitating caring pastoral ministries that express Christ's love and compassion in community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance the Life Groups ministry structure

• Vision casting and momentum building for spiritual pathways

• Create scriptural discussion guides for weekly use

• Supervise a compassionate volunteer-led care ministry

• Lead training initiatives to equip church members

Requirements:

• Strong personal faith and calling to pastoral leadership

• Alignment with Main Street Church's mission and theology

• Bachelor's degree in Theology preferred

• At least 10 years of ministry and discipleship leadership

• Skilled in recruiting and mentoring volunteer leaders
