Partner Experience Coordinator  Chilliwack, BC | Full-Time
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 dependent on experience
Ruth & Naomi's Mission is seeking a Partner Experience Coordinator to help create meaningful and engaging experiences for the volunteers and community partners who support our mission.
This role is responsible for overseeing the volunteer journey from recruitment and onboarding through engagement, scheduling, training, and recognition. In addition, the Partner Experience Coordinator provides administrative, reporting, and database support to the Development Department to ensure strong systems and effective coordination across fundraising and engagement activities.
What You'll Do   Lead volunteer recruitment, onboarding, placement, and scheduling
Provide orientation, training, and ongoing support to volunteers
Foster positive relationships with volunteers and community partners
Coordinate volunteer appreciation and recognition initiatives
Track volunteer participation and maintain accurate records
Support donor acknowledgements and development administration
Assist with reporting, CRM maintenance, and fundraising support activities
What You'll Bring   Experience in volunteer coordination, administration, nonprofit operations, or customer service
Strong organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy

Experience with databases or CRM systems is considered an asset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
Friendly, welcoming, and relationship-focused approach
Personal relationship with Jesus and willingness to sign and uphold or statement of faith
Compensation & Benefits   Salary of $55,000 – $60,000 dependent on experience
