In this senior leadership role, you will report to the CEO and manage operations across various community programs. Your experience in nonprofit leadership will guide our trauma-informed and culturally safe practices to promote safety and belonging. Collaborate with a dedicated team to empower clients while navigating the unique dynamics of our rural setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and develop housing and outreach programs
• Manage budgeting and organizational operations
• Lead staff and ensure program quality
• Engage with community members and stakeholders
• Promote client-centered service delivery
Requirements:
• Degree in social work, human services, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years in relevant social issue programs
• Proven leadership capabilities in nonprofits
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational aptitude
• Valid BC driver’s license and successful criminal record check
