In this senior leadership role, you will report to the CEO and manage operations across various community programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and develop housing and outreach programs

• Manage budgeting and organizational operations

Requirements:

• Degree in social work, human services, or related field

• Minimum of 5 years in relevant social issue programs

• Proven leadership capabilities in nonprofits

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational aptitude

• Valid BC driver’s license and successful criminal record check
