Position: Chilliwack Development Coordinator Role
Join Ruth & Naomi's Mission as a Development Coordinator in Chilliwack, BC, and help foster essential community support. Strengthen donor relationships and drive fundraising initiatives forward.

In this full-time role, you will collaborate with the Director of Development to cultivate connections with donors, sponsors, and community partners. Your contributions will focus on enriching fundraising campaigns, corporate support, and overall mission advancement at Ruth & Naomi's Mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with individual donors

• Engage in donor meetings and support activities

• Develop corporate-sponsored partnerships

• Assist with fundraising appeals and donor communication

• Coordinate fundraising events and initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in fundraising or sales preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage time and organize effectively

• Proactive and self-directed work style

• Knowledge of CRM systems is beneficial
