Partner Development Coordinator

Cultivate community connections at Ruth & Naomi's Mission as a Partner Development Coordinator in Chilliwack, BC. Foster relationships with donors and corporations to advance impactful fundraising efforts.

This full-time role focuses on building lasting partnerships with individual donors and community stakeholders. You will engage in donor meetings, develop corporate sponsor ships, and drive fundraising initiatives that create meaningful change. Your contributions will directly impact the organization’s ability to serve the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage individual donor and partner relationships

• Conduct engaging and informative donor meetings

• Develop corporate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities

• Assist in creating successful fundraising campaigns

• Organize impactful fundraising and donor events

Requirements:

• Experience in fundraising or business development

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to manage relationships effectively

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Willingness to uphold our statement of faith
