As a key leader, this position involves oversight of essential housing and community outreach programs. Reporting directly to the Director of Programming, your focus will be on developing team leaders, improving program quality, and ensuring compliance with housing standards. Your skills will help deliver effective services that genuinely support community members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Housing and Shelter Managers’ operations
• Oversee the quality and performance of programs
• Establish benchmarks for program accountability
• Analyze data to improve service delivery
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and safety
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Nonprofit Management or related field
• At least 5 years of leadership in social services
• Experienced in program evaluation and management
• Knowledge of issues facing vulnerable populations
• Familiar with BC tenancy laws
