Determine customer wants/needs and budget in order to discuss vehicle optionsComplete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehiclesFollow up with prospective customers by returning emails/voicemailsMaintain ongoing relationships with potential and existing customersFollow up with customers to confirm their satisfaction, generate leadsCommit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technologyWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCESSFUL
