  • What You’ll Do

    As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and driving revenue across your territory. You will:

  • Manage a range of account types—Enterprise, Distributor, Transactional, and Relationship-based.
  • Qualify leads and move them through quoted and won stages.
  • Engage customers via phone, email, video, and in‑person visits.
  • Maintain ongoing account health and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Use Advan Tec CRM tools to build estimates and create customer quotations.
  • Keep CRM data current and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
  • Represent Advan Tec Marine at trade shows and industry events.
  • Travel to key accounts as required.
  • What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of marine technical sales & estimating experience (a strong asset)
  • Shipbuilding or equipment manufacturing experience (asset)
  • CRM experience;
    Salesforce knowledge is a strong asset
  • Basic AutoCAD skills (asset)
  • A reputation for integrity, professionalism, and positivity
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for relationship building
  • Self‑motivation and comfort working with autonomy
