Client Care Representative - Auto Insurance Trainee

Overview

Auto Associate – Hub International is a leading North American insurance brokerage that advises businesses and individuals on risk, insurance, employee benefits, retirement and wealth management solutions. The role offers complete training and the opportunity to obtain a Level 1 general insurance license within 30 days.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners.
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, and debt payments.
• Upsell and cross‑sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics.
• Support the branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory.
• Assist HUB Centers with inbound and outbound call volume, transaction support and client servicing as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Level 1 Insurance License is an asset – not required.
• Strong self‑starter mentality with a drive to exceed performance and sales goals.
• Confident, outgoing personality and a customer‑first approach.
• Detail‑oriented and organized – able to multitask under pressure.
• Reliable and accountable; a team player who can be counted on.
• Thrives in a collaborative, high‑energy environment.

Salary range: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00. Compensation is influenced by skills, experience, location and business line.
