Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and support MS Dynamics CRM functionalities

• Develop email campaigns and data tracking using Dynamics 365

• Create sales and marketing material aligning with HUB standards

• Organize logistics for training sessions and regional sales meetings

• Compile performance metrics for team analysis

Requirements:

• Background in business administration or marketing preferred

• 2-3 years' experience in a supporting role

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
