• Selling new and used RVs and campers
• Providing excellent customer service
• Communicating with customers and responding to online inquiries
• Focus on the selling process
• Ability to network, follow-up on customers and prospects
• Comfortable with cold calling
• Attain and then exceed your sales goals set by yourself and the management team
• Adheres to all Federal, Provincial, Municipal, Manufacturer and Company policies, directives and procedures

• Any sales experience is considered an asset, but is not required. We will train you!
• Knowledge of the PBS Dealer Management System is a definite asset
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent attitude, personable, courteous and outgoing personality
• Must be detail-oriented, accurate and organized
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Ability to handle stress and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task with positive time management and organization skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Confident, self-motivated, and a desire to set and achieve personal goals
• Valid VSA License (or willing to obtain license)
• Valid BC Driver’s License, with a clean Driver’s Abstract

Industry leading Commission based pay structure $60,000 to $ annually with a $4,500.00 monthly guarantee for the first 3 months

All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, driver’s abstract in order to qualify for employment.
